Your private space
to slow down
and think when
your head is loud.

Chat with CODY when
Your mind won't stop

Think it through.
Find your way.
Build a skill for life.

In a world of instant answers, the most important voice is your own. CODY helps you practice the skill of thinking things through until it becomes second nature. Instead of handing you advice, CODY asks the questions that help you uncover your own path.

01 - Chat

Conversations
with yourself

Text what's in your head - messy and unstructured. A big game, school pressure, a friendship fallout. CODY's questions help you organize your thoughts so you can get back to thinking clearly and trust yourself to handle whatever is in front of you.

No advice. No judgment.

Here's what we
get asked most.

Most AI chats are designed to give you answers. CODY does the opposite - it asks you questions. Developed by a qualitative researcher and a mom, CODY was built on the belief that teens don't need more scripts; they need a space to hear their own voice. CODY is a reflection tool, not an advice engine. It won't tell you what to do or how to feel. Instead, it helps you slow down, organize your thoughts, and find your own clarity.
Not quite. Journaling is a one-way street: you write, and that's it. CODY is a conversation. It listens, then asks questions that help you go deeper. You don't need to know what to write or how to structure your thoughts. Just start talking, and CODY helps you figure out what you actually mean.
Yes, because the best answers are yours. Advice is someone else's solution to your problem. CODY uses proven techniques to help you deconstruct your own thoughts. It's the difference between someone giving you a map and CODY helping you learn how to navigate.
CODY is a thinking space, not a crisis line or a substitute for professional support. If someone uses CODY in a moment that indicates they may need real help, CODY will always acknowledge that and point them toward appropriate resources. We take this seriously. CODY is designed to be a safe, supportive space - and that includes knowing its limits.
CODY isn't a medical app or a replacement for therapy; it's a sounding board. We use evidence-based frameworks (like Gibb's Reflective Cycle and SEL frameworks) to power the way CODY asks questions. Instead of just chatting, CODY is designed to help you name those "fuzzy" feelings and dig deeper into your own thoughts. It's about practicing the skill of self-reflection until it becomes second nature.
Yes, data privacy is a non-negotiable for us. Your chats stay on your device - only you can see them. CODY doesn't store conversations, doesn't share your data with third parties, and doesn't use it to train AI models. You deserve a space that's genuinely yours.

CODY is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the FTC's 2025 amended COPPA Rule (effective April 22, 2026).
Right now, we are inviting a limited number of Founding Members to use CODY for free. We believe mental clarity shouldn't be a luxury, but we also refuse to sell your data or show you ads. Eventually, CODY will be a subscription service, but our Founding Users will always have a special place (and price) in our community.
